"I’ve always preferred State Farm, but due to unforeseen circumstances was unable to acquire insurance with them when I purchased my new car. Reggie reached out, and I honestly ignored him because I thought I didn’t qualify for State Farm any more. Imagine my surprise when I finally did answer, and not only did I qualify, but my rates for auto and renters were the same as my auto only policy with Progressive. Cannot recommend them enough!"

"State Farm just got my business and I slept better last night! Cole McBride solved a lot of my problems. I had lost faith in my insurance provider of 34 years, USAA. It just kept getting worse. Horrible customer service and policies that were unacceptable. Huge increases without notification was the final straw. My parents used State Farm growing up so I know this company’s been around. Cole was persistent, personable and professional. He was prompt and responsive. He let me know about State Farm and how it runs. We ended up with more coverage at a better price! The State Farm app is very intuitive and effective. But I know Cole will help if I call. Thank you State Farm, Diana, and Cole!"

"Phenomenal patient service. Kirsten LISTENED and put up with me pushing out the decision making. In comparison to another insurance company and agent, she didn’t try to hard sell me. She took my information. Created the quotes. Listened to what I needed and when I wanted to hear from her. It took her about three weeks to get the deal done due to my timeline and not hers. Patient and understanding the entire time. We did the deal. My former insurance company asked me questions and tried to hard sell me as expected. I called her back and we made some adjustments to my homeowners policy at my request and was still cheaper by almost half of the former company. Thank you so much for being a dream to work with and for actually listening to what I needed and how to support me in this journey of new insurance policies."
